What is the main kind of foam used in your mattresses?  We use high density plant based (Soy foam) in our mattresses, along with a high quality Serene Foam & Memory Foam, no harmful chemicals.

What is Soy Based Foam & how is it different from Serene & Memory Foam? Soy Based Foam uses plant-based oils to replace some traditional foam materials, creating a durable & supportive sleep surface. More eco-conscious material choice & less sink-in feel. Serene Foam provides pressure relief without the “stuck” feeling of memory foam, it responds quickly when you move, & remains cooler. Memory Foam contours closely to your body to reduce pressure & motion transfer, & is slower to respond.

Are your mattresses made in Canada? YES, the materials we source for mattresses that we hand make right here in St. Catharines are made from Canadian components.

What's the difference between a Foam, Latex, & Hybrid Mattress?  Foam mattresses use layered foams to provide pressure relief & motion isolation. They offer a contouring feel & are great for minimizing partner movement. Latex mattresses are more responsive & naturally durable, offering a supportive feel with better airflow and cooling. Hybrid mattresses combine foam layers with pocket coils, giving you both pressure relief & the added support & bounce of springs.

How long does it take to break-in my new mattress? Most mattresses take 4-6 weeks to fully break in as the materials adjust, & your body adapts to the new support. Rotating it during the first month can help speed up the process. Please keep in mind that the mattress we make for you will have never been previously laid on, factors such as weight, frequency of use & the bed you have chosen all factor into the adjustment period

Do your mattresses contain fiberglass? No, our mattresses do not contain fiberglass

How are your mattresses packaged? All of our mattresses are packaged & sealed in heavy plastic for shipping or pick-uip 

Do you offer custom builds? YES, because we manufacture our mattresses we can make them to fit any size, RV's, Campers, Boats, & European sizes are often requested & built here, please contact the store for more details (905-685-6333)

How long Does Delivery Take? Typically it takes one week for your mattress to be made & delivered within St. Catharines & surrounding areas though we do keep limited "in-stock" items.

Can I finance my purchase? Financing is available through Shop Pay when you make a purchase online, we have no control over the financing options or plans.
